When shopping for home products, I find it so hard to choose something as simple as a sponge because there’s 20 different kinds and each is specifically designed for a certain task. I’m sure you could use a kitchen sponge in the bathroom but it seems frowned upon here to mix things up. Thankfully there are 100 yen shops around where everything is 100 yen (just about a $1). I have to say, most things are pretty decent and at that price, you can’t complain too much.
